APR is annual percentage rate and is accurate as of February 23, 2013.  Introductory rate of 2.99% for 180 days on purchases and 365 days on balance transfers from issuance of card.  After the introductory rate period ends, the standard APR will be applied to the unpaid promotional balances. The standard variable APR for purchases, cash advances and balance transfers on the Tulsa Traditions Visa is 7.25% to 13.25% and 10.25% to 16.25% for the Tulsa Traditions Visa Rewards; based on individual creditworthiness. The APR will vary with the market based on the Prime Rate. Balance transfer and cash advance fees of $10.00 or 2.00% of the amount of the transaction whichever is greater apply. Balance transfer fees are waived during the introductory period. Foreign Transaction fees of 1.00% of each transaction in U.S. dollars will apply to transactions made outside of the United States.

This offer is only valid for new accounts and subject to credit approval. To take advantage of this offer you must respond and be approved by June 30, 2013. You must be at least 18 years of age. A guarantor may be necessary if you are not age 21 or older. Tulsa Federal Credit Union membership and eligibility required. Minimum balance of $5.00 required for credit union membership. Balance Transfers – After receiving your card, you may call our customer service number to transfer your high rate balances. All balance transfers are subject to approval and availability of your credit limit. Please allow at least 14 days from the date of your request for the transfer to be received by recipient. Continue to make all required payments to your other accounts until you confirm that the balance transfers were made. All overpayments must be refunded by the other institution.  Payment of the amount(s) authorized by you may or may not satisfy any outstanding balance(s) on the designated account(s).  Tulsa Federal Credit Union is not responsible for any remaining balance(s) or additional charges with regard to such accounts, nor for any changes resulting in any delay in the payment and transfer of balances.
