Reporting Fraud

Tulsa Federal CU offers a secure and confidential method for members to report acts of fraud. In addition to assisting members, the Fraud Hotline enhances the credit union’s risk management objectives and fraud protection efforts to help reduce losses. To report fraud members can contact member services using any of the following methods:

Lost/Stolen Debit Card

To report your Tulsa Federal CU debit card as lost or stolen please contact Tulsa Federal CU immediately. During normal business hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 4:30pm) call us at 918-610-0200. After business hours and on weekends and holidays call 1-800-791-2525.

Lost/Stolen Visa Credit Card

To report you Tulsa Federal CU VISA credit card as lost or stolen, please call 1-800-449-7728.  If you have been contacted by our fraud department (FALCON) regarding activity on your account, please call 888-918-7312.  These numbers are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.”
